You Doing You
A lifestyle-first travel platform connecting travelers, hosts, and alliance partners through compatibility β not destination search
Travelese is a lifestyle-first travel platform developed by Rare Earth Solutions Inc. and launched in 2025. The platform redefines travel discovery by inverting the conventional model: rather than asking travelers where they want to go, Travelese asks who they are β and surfaces experiences that match. Using a proprietary matching system that analyzes 400+ data points across 16 lifestyle classifications, the platform generates fully personalized results with no paid placements, no outside advertising, and no data sold to third parties.
Travelese operates as a three-sided marketplace connecting three distinct participant types: Members (travelers), Hosts (travel-adjacent businesses), and Alliances (tourism organizations such as CVBs, Chambers of Commerce, and Economic Development Agencies). Each participant type has a defined role, a dedicated profile structure, and a clear value proposition within the platform ecosystem.
The platform launches across West Virginia and the Eastern Seaboard in 2026, with westward expansion planned as the network grows. Host onboarding opens April 2026, Member onboarding opens May 2026, and full platform access goes live June 2026.
The Travelese matching system is built on a compatibility framework that compares Member lifestyle profiles against Host business profiles across more than 400 distinct data points. Member profiles capture preferences across 16 lifestyle classifications including activity level, preferred pace, cultural interest, atmosphere, group composition, and 26 specific accessibility requirements. Host profiles capture business characteristics across 150+ business aspects organized within 7 categories: activities, lodging, dining, events, shopping, services, and transportation.
When a Member's profile is complete, the system identifies Hosts whose attributes align with the Member's lifestyle data. The specific algorithm is proprietary. The output is a ranked set of compatible experiences drawn from the Universal Host Network β the aggregate of all active Hosts across all platform installations β rather than a geographically constrained local listing. Every result a Member sees represents a genuine compatibility match, not a sponsored placement or broad category filter.
Conventional online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking platforms operate on a destination-first model: the traveler specifies where they want to go, and the platform returns availability sorted by price, rating, or paid placement. Independent and specialty businesses without large advertising budgets are structurally disadvantaged in this model regardless of their quality or relevance to a given traveler.
Travelese operates on an incompatibility with that model by design. Discovery begins with the traveler's identity rather than a destination, and results are determined by compatibility data rather than commercial relationships. The platform carries no outside advertising, does not sell user data, and does not accept payment for placement within search results. Hosts are surfaced based solely on their match score against a Member's profile.

Members are travelers who create a free lifestyle profile on the Travelese platform. Membership is free with no subscription tiers, transaction fees, or hidden charges. A complete Member profile captures over 400 data points across 16 lifestyle classifications and 26 accessible travel options, enabling the matching system to surface Host experiences genuinely compatible with the Member's identity, preferences, and travel context. Members gain access to the full Universal Host Network and may communicate directly with any matched Host.
Travelese was built around one premise: the best travel experiences happen when the place finds you, not the other way around. Your profile does the work β matching your lifestyle to hosts who specialize in travelers exactly like you, so every recommendation reflects who you are, not what's trending or what's been paid to appear first.
Hosts are businesses across the 7 Travelese categories β activities, lodging, dining, events, shopping, services, and transportation β that create a Host profile and subscribe to the platform to receive lifestyle-matched traveler connections. Host profiles capture 150+ business aspects that the matching system uses to determine compatibility with Member profiles. Hosts operate as independent contractors. Subscription tiers are structured as Local ($200/year), Franchise ($300/year), and Corporate ($500/year), with all tiers providing access to the Universal Host Network and full platform functionality from day one. No paid placement or advertising is available within the platform; visibility is determined exclusively by compatibility match scores.
Every traveler who finds you through Travelese has already been matched to you. They are not browsing and comparing β they arrived at your profile because the platform determined your business fits who they are. That is a fundamentally different kind of guest than one who found you through a price sort or a sponsored result, and it is why Travelese was built the way it was.
Alliances are organizations β Convention and Visitors Bureaus, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Agencies, and similar tourism-supporting bodies β that partner with Travelese to refer their member businesses as Hosts. The Alliance model provides a recurring revenue stream: partners earn up to 50% commission on the annual subscription fee of every Host they refer, with no quotas, no caps, and annual recurrence as long as referred Hosts remain active on the platform. The annual Alliance partnership fee is $250. Alliance partners also gain the ability to offer their member businesses a direct path to a nationally networked, lifestyle-matched traveler base β strengthening the value of Alliance membership for local operators.
